Thursday Night Supper is always hectic and I never have anything planned. After all the folks have picked up their boxes and are off to their busy lives, it is time for me to make our supper in a hurry while putting all my veggies away in their baggies and plastic containers, and send you all a nice news letter. Sometimes my day ends at 10pm, depending on how busy the day was. So, I have compiled a bunch of recipes that are Bev approved, for those busy nights when you have no time, and a limited amount of ingredients for those of us who do not have huge pantries stuffed with all the latest trendy ingredients. Who knows what to do with them anyway?
