1lb ground beef, extra lean, browned in a pan on medium heat. Drain off excess fat if any. Add
3 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
1 onion (from the box) chopped,
1 carrot thinly sliced (from last weeks box)
4 or 5 leaves of Kale, (from the box) sliced and chopped thinly,
3/4 c water or veggie stock (from a previous box, recipe to come soon)
1 bunch of Asparagus (from the box) in chunks
Red pepper flakes for a hint of heat sprinkled on top
Cover and let simmer on low while you are preparing potatoes or rice.
Serve over potatoes or rice.
